1. Deal Description
Guerrero Olivos assisted one of the largest industrial distributor in the world BCB, in the sale of its participation in its Chilean, Peruvian and Colombian affiliates to Küpfer Hermanos S.A.
Our corporate team was in charge of the transaction as a whole including preparing the data room for the seller, negotiating the SPA and related documents and obtaining clearance from the National Prosecutors Office (“FNE”) through a simplified method procedure.
Relevance to this transaction is that previous to the closing we had to notify the FNE and obtained clearance of the transaction without measures or conditions whatsoever.
In addition, complexity to this agreement was that we were also responsible for the execution of the transaction in Perú and Colombia.
