With over 12 years of experience in dispute resolution, Mugurel offers comprehensive legal advice and representation in both national and international commercial arbitration cases, civil and commercial litigation, banking law, insolvency, administrative law, public procurement and matters involving European funds.
Prior to joining SAA, Mugurel was part of several highly regarded Romanian law firms specializing in dispute resolution, where he successfully managed complex, high-value projects.
