We are pleased to announce that Savani Gupte has joined S&R Associates as a retained partner in the Firm’s Mumbai office.
Savani Gupte’s litigation and arbitration practice covers Indian and international arbitration, corporate and commercial litigation, securities litigation and insolvency matters. She has represented clients in the manufacturing, financing, infrastructure, pharmaceutical and consumer sectors before various courts and tribunals in India, including the Bombay High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, the Securities and Exchange Board of India and the Securities Appellate Tribunal, as well as in institutional arbitration proceedings.
Savani received a B.L.S., LL.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2011. She is qualified in India and is a Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. Her prior experience includes working with Samvad Partners in Mumbai, where she was a partner.
