Shiv Bhargava’s practice covers equity and debt capital markets, corporate governance and regulatory matters. He received a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2015. His prior experience includes working with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in New Delhi. Shiv is based in the Firm’s New Delhi office.
Kanika Khanna’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Prior to joining S&R in 2017, Kanika worked with A&M Law Offices in New Delhi. She received a B.S.L., LL.B. in 2009 from ILS Law College, Pune. Kanika is based in the Firm’s New Delhi office.
Prateek Sharma’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment and general corporate matters. He also has significant experience in the infrastructure, REIT and technology sectors. Prateek received a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru and joined S&R in 2013. Prateek is based in the Firm’s New Delhi office.
