Rödl & Partner advises CFH GmbH on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Turkish company Aironn

Istanbul/Munich, August 20, 2025: Rödl & Partner provided comprehensive advice to CFH GmbH on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Turkish public limited company Aironn. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume.

CFH GmbH was supported by an international, interdisciplinary team from Rödl & Partner throughout the transaction. The legal advice, jointly led by partner Asuman Kilic and partner Tobias Reiter, covered all aspects relevant to the transaction: from conducting legal due diligence, negotiating the purchase agreement and shareholder agreement, and providing antitrust advice, to the final signing of the agreement and completion of the transaction. Partner James Murphy led the transaction services team and supported CFH GmbH in all phases of the acquisition, particularly in financial due diligence. Partner Kerem Kelkitli was responsible for tax advice on the transaction.
