RPAC expands its partnership with the appointment of Bruna Longhi and Mayara Slomecki as partners. The move recognises their longstanding careers within the firm and broadens their involvement in management, client relationships and strategic matters.
Bruna Longhi holds a postgraduate degree in Labour Law and Labour Procedure from PUC/PR and focuses her practice on employment law for corporate clients, particularly on mitigating risks in day-to-day business operations and strategically handling complex litigation. She joined RPAC as an intern nearly ten years ago and has built her entire professional career at the firm. Throughout her career, she has also coordinated the Constitutional Education in Schools project, an initiative aimed at bringing legal education closer to primary and secondary school students.
Mayara Slomecki has 16 years of experience in employment law, advising corporate clients on highly complex matters and providing strategic legal counsel. She holds a postgraduate degree in Labour Law and Labour Procedure, as well as an MBA in Human Development for Managers from FGV, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Leadership, Innovation and Management 4.0 at PUC. Her experience also extends to civil law, advising companies across a range of industries.
With Bruna Longhi and Mayara Slomecki joining the partnership, RPAC further strengthens its leadership structure while recognising professionals whose strong technical expertise and significant contributions have played an important role in the firm’s development.
