Rajah & Tann Singapore, member firm of Rajah & Tann Asia, acted for River Treasure Investments Limited in its S$100 million proposed sale of the entire issued share capital of HK Street Private Limited, the registered proprietor of the hotel known as 21 Carpenter, and Heritage Hospitality Pte. Ltd., the operating company of 21 Carpenter. The Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel consisting of a conserved four-storey shophouse and a contemporary five-storey rear extension, with a total of 48 guestrooms. Partners Favian Tan and Hilary Toh-Chin from the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Partner Chou Ching from the Corporate Real Estate Practice led the transaction.
