With the completion of the transaction, the main objectives of the self-administration proceedings have been achieved as planned.
In the course of a structured investor process, the business operations of REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH and KREMER GmbH were transferred to ERIKS. All conditions precedent for the completion of the transaction were fulfilled. The takeover ensures the long-term continuation of the operating business under a strategically suitable new owner, while preserving the majority of jobs.
