S&R Associates represented Vodafone Group, a multinational telecommunications company, in its agreement with Vodafone Idea Limited, a listed Indian telecommunications company, in relation to the final amount payable by Vodafone Group under the contingent liability adjustment mechanism agreed at the time of the 2017 merger between Vodafone India and Idea Cellular and settlement by Vodafone Idea Limited of outstanding Vodafone Group service charges.
