S&R Associates represented Veritas Capital, a U.S.-based private equity firm, on Indian legal aspects of the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Edifecs, a provider of healthcare data interoperability technology solutions, by Cotiviti, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital and KKR.
The S&R team was led by partner Sanjeev Adlakha and counsel Kanika Khanna, and included associates Ananya Mittal and Divyanshu Sharma.
