S&R Associates represented Vasant Chemicals, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates, and its shareholders in the sale of a majority stake of Vasant Chemicals to International Chemical Investors Group, a privately owned industrial group headquartered in Germany and Luxembourg.
