S&R Associates is representing Wheels India and Brakes India, TSF Group companies, in the formation of a joint venture with Bosch Limited, a global supplier of technology and services, for the development and manufacture of next-generation air system products for commercial vehicles.
The S&R team is led by partner Aparna Ravi and includes associates Anoushka Borker and Prakriti Anand.
