S&R Associates represented Kotak Mahindra, SBI Capital Markets, ICICI Securities, Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Citigroup, book running lead managers, in the INR 250 billion qualified institutions placement by the State Bank of India. The transaction is the largest QIP undertaken by an issuer in India.
