S&R Associates represented Peak XV Partners, Y Combinator and Ribbit Capital, selling shareholders, in the INR 66.32 billion initial public offering of Groww (Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited), a leading direct-to-customer digital investment platform in India.
The S&R team was led by partners Sandip Bhagat and Jabarati Chandra, and included associates Siddharth Urs and Yashvardhan Singh.
