S&R Associates represented IRB Infrastructure Trust, an infrastructure investment trust which owns and operates road assets in India, in its investment, including upfront concession fees of INR 30.8 billion, in IRB Chandibhadra Tollway, the concessionaire of a highway corridor in the state of Odisha.
The S&R team was led by partner Pratichi Mishra, and included associates Oshika Nayak, Advaita Kapoor and Shreyans Parakh.
