S&R Associates is representing IndoSpace, India’s largest developer of Grade A industrial and logistics real estate, in the USD 300 million sale of six industrial and logistics parks located in India’s key logistics markets, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune, to IndoSpace Core, a joint venture between IndoSpace and CPP Investments.
