S&R Associates represented a fund managed by Piramal Alternatives in a INR 1.25 billion investment in JRG Automotive Industries India, a manufacturer of powertrain-agnostic injection-molded components for two-wheelers and passenger vehicles.
The S&R team was led by partner Arpita Garg, and included associates Harshdeep Singh Bedi, Prajjwal Tiwari and Insha Rahman.
