S&R Associates represented Freight Commerce Solutions (Freight Tiger), a provider of technology-based logistics and transportation solutions, in the acquisition of approximately 18% of its share capital by Tata Motors Limited, a listed global automotive manufacturer, from existing shareholders. Following the completion of the transaction, Freight Tiger is a subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited.
The S&R team was led by partner Kinnari Sanghvi, and included associates Shreya Jaipuria, Sourav Kumar and Pradhumna Mohan Dixit.
