S&R Associates represented Citigroup, the broker, in the INR 32.9 billion sale of 47.57 million equity shares of Hindustan Zinc Limited, the world’s largest integrated zinc producer, by Vedanta Limited, a promoter, pursuant to an offer for sale on the stock exchanges.
