S&R Associates is representing CapitaLand India Trust, a business trust listed in Singapore, in the divestment of 20.20% stake held through its wholly-owned Indian subsidiary in each of the data centre assets located in Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad, India to wholly-owned subsidiaries of CapitaLand India Data Centre Fund Pte. Ltd.
