S&R Associates represented Belrise Industries Limited, a listed integrated automotive component manufacturer, in the £13.20 million acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings Limited, a UK-based precision engineering group serving the global aerospace, space and defence sectors.
