S&R Associates is representing Aéroports de Paris (Groupe ADP), an international airport operator, in the sale of 3.4% of the equity share capital of GMR Airports Limited (GAL) to the GMR Group for EUR 256 million, which was completed on April 23, 2026. The transactions also include options to sell and purchase an additional 3.9% of the equity share capital of GAL and an early purchase by the GMR Group of foreign currency convertible bonds issued by GAL. The aggregate consideration for the transactions is estimated to be approximately EUR 924 million.
