We have acted as advisors to Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. in relation to the sale of 1,815,000 shares of THESSALONIKI WATER SUPPLY & SEWERAGE CO. S.A. – EYATH S.A. through an accelerated bookbuilding offering, the first ABB to be conducted via the AthEx Electronic Book Building. Euroxx Securities SA acted as Manager.
The transaction results in a further increase of EYATH’s free float, strengthening the company’s presence in the market.
