Following a serious brawl outside well known Chelsea nightspot Zefi Bar, the Metropolitan Police have successfully applied for summary review of the premises licence.

At an interim steps hearing the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea suspended the bar's licence pending compliance with a series of conditions requested by the Police requiring additional staff training, CCTV and the implementation of new policies for dealing with customers at the venue.

The final hearing took place on 31 October 2016 when the venue agreed to comply with all of the Police's requests subject to which it has now been allowed to reopen.
