We advised Parque Arauco in the corporate restructuring of the companies through which they operate in Peru. This reorganization involved reengineering the way in which these companies render services to each other. The operation included the relocation of more than 80 employees to a single operating company.

Our advice was very important because we presented to the client a model of operation that allows them to generate greater profitability to their operation without any contingencies, and provided them with the necessary support in the transfer of the 80 employees to one subsidiary. We executed the strategy throughout which we assisted our client until 100% of the employees involved in the deal had been replaced.
