1. Deal description
Guerrero Olivos assisted Paine Grande in the negotiation and sale of several properties (6,282 square meters) located in the borough of Santiago in which real estate developer Eurocorp Dos S.A. will pursue a large residential building project. The acquisition was financed by financing and insurance company Compañía de Seguros Confuturo S.A.
