Osisko. Royalty Acquistion
1. Deal Description
Guerrero Olivos advised Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd, a Canadian intermediate precious metal royalty company which holds a portfolio of over 180 royalties, streams, and precious metal offtakes, in the USD15 million royalty acquisition agreement from Hot Chili Limited covering Costa Fuego Copper-Gold Project in Chile.
The Costa Fuego Project contains three deposits with current Mineral Resources and is located in the Atacama region of Chile.
Our mining, corporate, environmental, litigation, labor, real estate, judicial, tax and compliance teams first worked on the legal due diligence, and later the drafting and closing of royalty agreements and securities on mining concessions and other assets of Hot Chili Limited.
