Avance advises Nordisk Renting in the acquisition of a healthcare property asset from Investors House Oyj and Ovaro Kiinteistösijoitus Oyj for approx. EUR 60 million.

The purchased asset consists of 17,600 m2 of healthcare premises in three buildings and is located in the Kukkumäki hospital area in Jyväskylä, next to the general hospital Nova of Central Finland. It is fully let to the wellbeing services county of Central Finland on a long-term lease agreement.
