Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen advised Banca Comerciala Romana S.A., the lender, in respect to the financing of an office project in Cluj-Napoca, one of the most vivid economic hubs in Romania. The transaction involved complex negotiations and pay-off arrangements with existing finance parties and the former owners of the office building, as well as very complex closing mechanics, especially due to the fact that the financing transaction was performed simultaneously with the acquisition of the office building by the new owners.
BOYANOV & Co. advised Banca Comerciala Romania S.A. acting as Arranger, Agent and Security Agent on the Bulgarian law aspects of the transaction. The firm (i) provided advice on Bulgarian law issues related to the facility documentation and security, (ii) assisted with the satisfaction of various finance CPs and issued a legal opinion.
