In our latest webinar, experts in our employment law team will review the latest guidance released by Acas on neurodiversity, which was introduced to help employers create inclusive and welcoming environments and raise awareness at work.

We welcome expert Dr Warlow who will discuss the benefits of a neurodiverse workforce and the measures businesses can take to support individuals with these conditions.

We will then look at employers’ legal obligations and discuss some of the issues that our clients have recently sought advice on, such as the requirement to make reasonable adjustments, how far that obligation extends, and whether knowledge of neurodiverse conditions is necessary to pursue a claim for disability discrimination.

Dr Selina Warlow is a clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience working in mental health services. She specialises in working with children with neurodevelopmental difficulties and has worked in both the NHS and The Priory.

Dr Warlow set up The Nook Clinic as a private neurodevelopmental service to provide both assessment and support for children, young people and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
