Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited (“Nanshan Aluminium”) in connection with its listing of shares of US$0.0000002 each in the share capital of the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited by way of global offering.
Nanshan Aluminium specialises in the production and sale of alumina. It focuses on manufacturing high-quality metallurgical-grade alumina and distributes its products across Malaysia, Singapore, and Mainland China.
