MSC International Law Office acts as a legal counsel to Pueantae Capital Company Limited in its issuance and offering for sale of debentures 1/2025.

Representation of Pueantae Capital Company Limited, a holding company which holds 100% shares in its affiliated companies operating business in PICO finance, in relation to the issuance and offering of the debentures No. 1/2025 to institutional investors and/or high net worth investors in Thailand. The total value of the transaction is capped at THB 180 million (approximately USD 3.82 million).

The issuance of debentures 1/2025 is set to be on 11 April 2025.
