DENVER (March 9, 2023) – Led by partner Nicholas H. Thompson, a team of Moye White attorneys advised Colorado Premier Restoration, Inc. (CPR) in an asset purchase and sale to BMS CAT of Colorado, LLC.
The transaction closed in late February 2023 for $47.5 million. “We are delighted to have had the opportunity to advise CPR in this exciting and mutually beneficial transaction which will expand services to those recovering from disasters on scales both big and small,” said Thompson.
CPR was founded in 2014 by Christopher Weston and Alexander Limbert as the largest Colorado-based, full-service water, sewer, flood, fire, smoke, site security, and environmental restoration service company providing exceptional services statewide.
