DENVER (Jan. 3, 2022) – Moye White LLP is pleased to announce Caleena S. Braig, Georginne Dudash, Arthur K. Griffin, Jessica R. Hunter, Brendan Leanos, and Nikki Roberts have been named partners of the law firm, effective January 1, 2022.

Caleena S. Braig
As a member of the litigation team, Braig represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, labor and employment, construction defect, professional liability, and FELA claims. She has experience in negligence and strict liability claims, property damage, wrongful termination claims, and cases involving breach of contract.
Braig earned her legal degree from Baylor University Law School and her undergraduate degree in public relations from the University of Texas at Austin.
Georginne Dudash
Dudash counsels businesses and individuals through various aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and leasing. She has represented clients with commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects, including multisite and multistate transactions.
She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wyoming and her legal degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Arthur K. Griffin
Griffin represents commercial real estate clients with acquisitions and dispositions, development, lending, and land use matters, with extensive experience in each of the retail, industrial, office, and hospitality industries. In addition, Griffin advises alcohol manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, which has included major casinos and nightclub operators, regarding federal and state regulatory alcohol laws and liquor licensing matters.
He earned his LL.M. in taxation and legal degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his undergraduate degrees from Tulane University.
Jessica R. Hunter
As a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Section, Hunter counsels clients on commercial transactional matters, intellectual property protection and portfolio management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and general business law guidance. As part of her practice, she also focuses her efforts on the alcoholic beverage industry, including working with brewing, distilling, restaurant, and retail clients.
Hunter earned her legal degree from the University of Colorado, and both her Master of Business Administration and bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Denver.
Brendan Leanos
Leanos represents financial institutions and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in debt and equity investments. He frequently works with banks and private lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including commercial and industrial loans, real estate and construction loans, aircraft loans, and leveraged loans. Leanos’ practice also includes advising companies on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
He earned his legal degree from Fordham University and his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Middlebury College.
Nikki Roberts
Roberts’ practice focuses on real estate with an emphasis on commercial leasing. She handles landlord and tenant representation for commercial leases, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation, with an emphasis on retail tenant leasing and landlord leasing projects for office, retail, and industrial projects.
She earned her legal degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law and her undergraduate degree in politics from Drake University.
