MFW Fiałek advised Lindström Oy on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in HTS Rental sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Hollywood S.A.

Our advisory services included comprehensive transaction support, including due diligence, negotiation of transaction documentation and closing assistance.
