Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the issuance of “AMES XXVI” Financial Trust

Marval O’Farrel Mairal participated as legal advisor in the issuance of fiduciary securities corresponding to the “AMES XXVII” Financial Trust, issued under the “Ames” Program, for a total amount of ARS $ $ 3,437,223,636.

The issuance was made on December 10^th, 2025 and included Trust Debt Class A Securities for a total amount of ARS $ 1,900,000,000, Trust Debt Class B Securities for a total amount of ARS $ 200,000,000 and Certificates of Participation for a total amount of ARS $ 1,337,223,636. Asociación Mutual de la Economía Solidaria acted as Settlor, and Information Agent, TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as Trustee, and Banco Mariva S.A. acted as Arranger and Underwriter.

The transaction was authorized for public offering by the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission on December 4^th, 2025, and is traded on A3 Mercados S.A. and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.

The Trust Debt Class A Securities, Trust Debt Class B Securities, and the Certificates of Participation have been qualified by Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. as “AA+.ar(sf)”, “BBB+.ar(sf)”, and ”CC.ar(sf)” respectively.
