Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the establishment of the “AMINT-SUPRESTAMO” Global Trust Securities Program.

Marval O’Farrell Mairal advised on the establishment of a new global trust securities program. The establishment of the “AMINT-SUPRESTAMO” Global Trust Securities Program, for a total amount of up to V/N US$ 20,000,000 (twenty million US Dollars) (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or value units of value) was authorized by the Board of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores) on November 12, 2025, and the conditions imposed were lifted by the Financial Trusts Management Office on December 2, 2025.

The parties involved in the Program are TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A., acting as trustee; Asociación Mutual Integral de Consumos y Servicios, acting as trustor and Suprestamo S.A, also acting as trustor.
