The Argentinian firm advised AmSpec Group on the acquisition of Oil Test Internacional in thirteen Latin-American countries. With this acquisition, AmSpec Group expands its operations as service provider of testing, inspection, and certification of raw materials in Argentina, Panama, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
The transaction was completed on March 31, 2023.
Marval acted as lead counsel of the buyers, by managing, coordinating, and overseeing the work in the different jurisdictions involved through partner Pablo García Morillo and associates Mariano Morat, Daiana Veira and María Victoria Gonzalez.
