Avance advises Loimua Oy in the acquisition of Leppäkosken Lämpö Oy from Leppäkoski Group. Leppäkosken Lämpö Oy operates district heating and natural gas distribution businesses, supplying district heating in Nokia, Hämeenkyrö, Ikaalinen, Parkano, Ylöjärvi and Ulvila. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
