Lester Aldridge is pleased to have advised on the sale of five operational care homes in Kent, developed and owned by its long-term client Graham Care, to Hartford Care. The acquisition was backed by Foundation Partners and marks a significant expansion of Hartford Care’s portfolio.
The deal was led by Edward Adamson, Partner in our Corporate team and Rebecca Humm, Partner in our Real Estate Development team, with support from colleagues across the firm. This transaction highlights our specialism in the health and social care sector, where we continue to support clients with expert advice on a wide range of transactions from retirement sales through to complex and high-value deals, as well as day-to-day regulatory and development matters. While the value of the transaction remains undisclosed, it is believed to be one of the largest handled by the firm to date.
