Rome, January 27, 2025 – As approved by the Partners' Meeting in July 2023, international law firm Gianni & Origoni announces that Giuseppe De Simone has taken on the role of Co-Managing Partner as of January 1, 2025, succeeding Antonio Auricchio. Antonio, who held this position for approximately 10 years, contributing to the firm's stable growth and achieving significant goals in terms of efficiency and modernization, Antonio will remain a member of the firm's Executive Committee.
With over 20 years at Gianni & Origoni, 48-year-old Giuseppe De Simone is Co-Head of the Banking & Finance Department, a field in which he has extensive and solid experience, assisting investment banks, investment funds and industrial companies in domestic and cross-border transactions with a particular focus in business financing, restructuring, structured finance, and NPLs. A member of the GOP Executive Committee since 2023, his strategic approach and managerial experience will contribute to the continued development of the firm.
