Kudun and Partners represents Earth Tech Environment Public Company Limited (ETC), a leading company in the Waste-to-energy (WtE) industry that generates and distributes renewable energy in connection with its IPO and listing of shares in the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) in Thailand valued at THB 600,000,000 (USD 19 million). ETC is a subsidiary of SET-listed Better World Green Public Company Limited (BWG), one of Thailand’s major service providers of industrial waste management services including treatment/disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste.
ETC and its subsidiaries generate and distribute electricity from waste-derived fuel in their power plants located in Saraburi, Ayutthaya and Phichit provinces with a commercial electricity distribution of a total installed capacity of 20.4 megawatts. They have signed a 20-year contract to sell 16.50 megawatts of electricity to the Provincial Electricity Authority. The IPO is an important and significant process aiming to boost ETC’s growth and financial management by using capital raised from the IPO for business expansion.
