Kryalos SGR, on behalf of the real estate investment closed end fund All Star fully subscribed by Blackstone, completed the sale, through a competitive process, of the newly refurbished MeVe, a Milan office complex set up by merging the adjacent Palazzo Mellerio and the building of Piazza Velasca 7/9. The building has a core profile with c. 6,000 sqm leased to Jakala. The sale, part of a wider of portfolio including a building in Rome, has a total value of €122M.

The buyer is DeA Capital Real Estate SGR.
