DZP has advised Kliniki Neuroradiochirurgii sp. z o.o. on the purchase of a majority stake in PAD. Through this transaction, our client will acquire control  of the County Healthcare Centre in Brzeziny, a cutting-edge healthcare centre in the Łódź Voivodship.


Kliniki Neuroradiochirurgii sp. z o.o. owns healthcare centres with state-of-the art facilities in Warsaw and Radom that treat oncology patients. One of them is the Warsaw Gamma Knife Centre that uses a device for a minimally invasive treatment of cancerous and non-cancerous diseases of the neck and head, including the brain. Thanks to this transaction, Kliniki Neuroradiochirurgii will be able to expand its medical services and their territorial reach.

We supported the client throughout the transaction, from the due diligence exercise, to negotiations, to drafting the investment agreement. At the beginning of March, our client got clearance for the transaction from the President of the Competition and Consumers Protection Office. The  transaction is expected to close in the coming month.
