Kinstellar has advised STADA Arzneimittel on the completion of the previously announced acquisition of Walmark, a leading consumer healthcare company in Central Europe, with a direct presence across nine EU countries and sales in more than 40 countries.
Kinstellar acted as lead-counsel for STADA on the transaction.
