Avance advises Kielo, Nyfosa’s 100% owned subsidiary, on an agreement with Tekova to acquire a big-box retail property in Kuopio, Finland. The property comprises a leasable area of 8,306 square meters and is fully leased. The property will be taken into possession after completion, which is planned for September 2026.
