KG advises CEE Equity Partners on the successful exit from PAPERPACK S.A. through its sale to Faller

We acted for CEE Equity Partners and the China Central and Eastern Europe Investment Co-Operation Fund II SCS SICAV-SIF in connection with the sale of their shares in PAPERPACK S.A. to Faller Packaging, a leading pan-European provider of secondary packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

This transaction marks the successful completion of an investment journey that KG has supported from the outset. Having advised CEE Equity Partners on its acquisition of PAPERPACK in 2021, we have had the privilege of supporting the investment throughout its lifecycle and are particularly pleased to have contributed to its successful exit through this transaction.

The acquisition brings together two complementary pharmaceutical packaging specialists and further strengthens Faller Packaging’s presence in South-Eastern Europe.
