The KG team facilitated the structuring and review of the financing and security documents from a Greek law perspective, and coordinated with lenders’ Greek advisors and international legal counsels throughout the implementation of the transaction.

This financing marks a key step in scaling biomethane infrastructure across Europe and supports Heygaz’s target of 1.5TWh of biomethane capacity by 2030.
