On February 20, 2024, Asian Legal Business (ALB) published its list of Top 15 Litigators in China 2024. JunHe partner ZHANG, Xingzhong was named on the list.
Before becoming a lawyer in 1994, Mr. Zhang worked for the procuratorate and at a college and he joined JunHe’s Hangzhou office as a partner in 2019. He currently serves as a member of the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission. Mr. Zhang has provided legal services to many outstanding businesses in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. He represents clients from a wide range of sectors such as entertainment and culture, construction engineering, real estate, imports, advanced manufacturing and biotechnology in their civil, commercial, administrative and criminal cases, and is an expert in handling complex and difficult litigation matters.
