As a research fellow at the Xi'an Arbitration Commission’s Academy of Arbitration and a standing council member of the Shaanxi Energy Law Society, Mr. Wang participates in legislative discussions on the revision drafts of the Mineral Resources Law and the Energy Law, using his practical experience to improve the legal system. He pays close attention to the development of new energy fields such as photovoltaics, wind power, and hydrogen energy in the northwest region, and he lead the research and publication of the New-Energy Development Playbook, a concise guide that provides strategic guidance for energy enterprises and investment funds to enter the northwest market.
